Police say that a northbound Fluvanna County emergency vehicle collided with a 1998 Ford F-150 when the driver of the latter vehicle failed to yield right of way at the stop sign.
Authorities declared the driver of the F-150, identified as 61-year-old Luis J. Sanchez, deceased at the scene.
